Orion nervously takes a sip of his drink,  "i... i guess?  And i always apologize."

Sally giggles, " well i mean i guess if you want to, but there's no need. you have nothing to be sorry for. im not going to judge you, you're safe here." she puts a hand on his shoulder for a moment before pulling away, not wanting to spook him.

Orion shrugs, "i mean, i guess im safe here? No offense but i dont know all of you too well so i cant get comfortable yet. But, as long as i have ren im not too concerned either. He'll keep me safe." Orion smiles and chuckles.

She tilts her head to the side, " So you and he, you are close? im just curious what your relationship is."

[MissyLooni]

Orion shrugs, "he's just helping me get back home. To be honest we havent known each other long but he's been very reliable and i cant help but trust him."

[Namari]

She nods, " well you're lucky then i suppose. they're not a common race to see, especially in a situation like this. the ones that leave their planet usually keep themselves busy working. but i hear the majority are honorable and proud, and trustworthy to a fault. though, im sure there are exceptions, those that use that good reputation to get by with things most can't." she sighs, " im glad things seem to be doing well for you though, even if you haven;t known him long."

Orion smilesand chuckles, "i'm very lucky. Im glad to have him by my side. I know he's a big guy but he's only been courteous and patient with me."

[Namari]

She frowns slightly, " but... at the same time i have to wonder... usually basilisks leave their home planet to work to send money back to pay for their sun, for the rest of their kind. if he's tending to you, he's not really doing that. the few i've met have been very adamant about it."

"Ah, the captain is going to give him a job and pay him from what i understood. He'll send that money to his planet. And he doesnt need to watch me 24/7 clearly "

Sally nods, " well yes, here that is what will happen. but obviously you two could not have counted on our ship, what if we had not been willing to find him work? or we had not stopped and the only other ship that was willing to take you wanted payment for the trip? it seems like an uncertain situation."

Orion huffs as he starts to get annoyed, "i can work too. And we had been working to get money in case needed. A lot of things are unknown but i want to go home and he promised he'd help!" Orion stands up abruptly, "i am starting to become upset and your prying so im leaving now." He turns and quickly starts stomping out of the room

She watches him go and smiles, " hm, well oops pushed a bit far there, but all good information. im sure an apology will sweeten him back up later." she hums and sends a message to Ina with the info she'd gotten from him, " looks like that Basilisk is the real deal then, though it's impossible to rule out foul play."

He heads to rens room and huffs, knocking on the door, "Reeeeen! It's me! Can I come in?"

Ren blinks from his humidity tank, " of course, i left it unlocked should you wish to come in."

Orion nods and quickly enters the room, shutting the door and huffing. "Stupid girl..." He mutters and gets on to rens bed, laying down
