Ren humphs, " so you take in those who need a second chance, interesting. im not sure i'd classify us for that, but i suppose it makes sense. those are... old terran mythical beasts who were immortal were they not? birds i think, made of fire or such." he scratches his neck thoughtfully. Thankfully she hadn;t mentioned the star power thing, he wasn;t sure how Orion would take that, since that had to come from his kind he figured. it was difficult at best. He had to talk with him, but also didn't want to stress him... but he'd better deal with that soon he supposed now that he was no longer in shock. " well, we are both fine, uh, thank you i guess for checking in on us. Orion, shall we head back?"

orion looks at ren and shrugs, "Sure. im done eating anyway."

Tai nods, "Im glad you're both fine, if you need anything please dont hesitate to ask." she moves out of the way

Ren nods in affirmation and moves past her, heading to their room, " was... there anything else you needed?"

Orion follows ren and shakes his head, "im good. I do wish that lady was a bit more honest though."

Ren raises an eyebrow, " about what specifically? the power?"

[MissyLooni]

Orion nods, "Yes. It glowed just like when I powered torque's ship and it felt so... familiar..... and she never did explain exactly WHAT it is. Just that its different."

Ren sighed, " lets get back to the room okay? there's... a few things i need to talk with you about."

Orion blinks and frowns, "oh....okay?"

Ren gets to the room and waits until Orion is before shutting the door, " im... fairly certain she didn;t say anything about the power source to avoid causing you stress."

Orion looks at ren and raises an eyebrow, "cause me stress? Why?"

Ren looks directly at him, " they know you're a galakin, and they're trying to protect you."

[MissyLooni]

Orion stiffens a bit and his eyes widen,  "wha- how? We were being careful! Ive even been wearing stuffy sweaters and oversized scarves despite it being too hot!"

Ren scratches his neck, " evidently they knew before they even accepted us as passengers. but it's not common for people to know what galakins look like, they are unusual in that regard. also, there are other galakins... one for each sector."

[MissyLooni]

Orion's jaw drops and he is frozen in place briefly, having no words for the information he just heard. He feels himself go weak and he slowly walks over to the bed, sitting down, "there.... there are more? More of my people?!"

He nods, " yes. not many, but there are more. they were worried that i said you were being moved out of your sector as well. there have been a few of the galakin who were transported to sector one and have not been seen again, otherwise the galakin never leave their sector..."
