Satoshi sighs, " im sure she understood. after all, she loved you enough to give her life for you, you being dirty would not have bothered her."

Aki wipes his face before sighing and heading back inside. The living room left the way it was all those years ago. Plenty of photos of a loving woman and man with a much younger, excitable red head holding and eevee

Satoshi glances at the photos and sighs, mentally promising himself he'd take down the fucker that killed other people pokemon. But they were here to learn what they could about Aki's parents, and that would be the priority. He selects one of the most recent photos and grabs it, " hey, mind if i take this? it's obviously out of date, but seeing pictures of your parents might help jog peoples memory."

Akihito looks over and shrugs, "go for it. Pictures dont help me when they are always here."

Satoshi nods and carefully places the frame and picture into his bag, " well hopefully it'll help."

Aki shrugs and sighs, "i'm done here if you want to leave."

Satoshi shrugs, " if you want to go sure. i don;t have a reason to stay, but im not in a hurry to leave either."

Aki shrugs, "i mean, besides being down here i havent been anywhere else in the house. There's a flight of stairs that goes upstairs where my room, the guest room, my parents room and the second bathroom. Then stairs that go down to the basement where my parents office is. They always were down there when they were home and they always left that door locked."

Satoshi raises an eyebrow, " think we should check around the house? maybe there's something that could be a clue. especially in their rooms or that basement."

aki frowns, "i mean... you can check their room if you want. im not going in there. and the basement is probably locked."

Satoshi nods, " well, no offense but i might try and break it open with your permission. that's the most likely place to have any information."

Aki shudders and looks nervous, "I-.... I dont know... that...i was told that i wasnt allowed down there."

Satoshi nods, " correct, but they're not around anymore. this is your home, and yours to control since they are no longer here. if we want to find them, i think that room is our best bet. you don;t have to come with, but i think it would be good if you did."

Aki rubs his arm and sighs, "I... suppose..."

Satoshi nods, " lets get this done then. we can take everything that look promising and study it at our room so you'll be less uncomfortable if you want." he heads downstairs and finds the door, trying to open it first.
