Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Aki snorts, "i just plan on having lucario smash the side of the building and making a run for it with arcanine."

[Namari]

Satoshi hisses softly, " don;t be stupid, they'll already be pissed off, do you really want to give them even more reason to come after us? such as damaging their property?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki huffs, "what, you think they'll just let us go through the front door?"

The elevator stops and the loud bell to alert the doors are opening chimes.
The lobby has several police officers, a couple taking statements from the boss who had shown aki where the bathroom is before.

Aki curses under his breath, muttering, "damn it, how did he get untied...."

Everyone had heard the chime and looked over, the boss snarling, "thats them officers! That brat with the red hair is the one that hog tied me to the damn toilet!!"

One officer blinks in confusion, frowning, "akihiko?"

[Namari]

Satoshi huffs, " that would be what the smokescreen would be for..." he pales when he sees police officers there already, " ah shit..." he quickly lets rapidash out, " smokescreen!" The flaming horse fills the room with thick black smoke, and Sato tosses Aki onto her back before vaulting on himself, clinging to her as she charges out the door.

Everyone in the room go into a panic when they suddenly cant see.

Aki yelps and clings to the pokemon as they make their escape

Satoshi lets the pokemon take the initiative, since she could sense where she was going better than he could. Soon they burst from the smoke and he squeezes her sides to urge her to speed out of the town. They hadn;t settled into a pokemon center thankfully so there was no reason to stay, and he intended to get as far away while they could as possible. He guides her off the road after about 2 miles and into the woods, knowing the roads would be one of the first places checked. " you doing alright back there? we need to get into the air, they'll be able to track us like this."

Aki shudders, still clinging to rapidash, "i- im fine!" He opens his eyes and frowns, "are you okay?"

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " yeah, im good..." he races with the horse-like pokemon for awhile longer before stopping her in a slight clearing, sliding off and helping aki down before returning the pokemon, " we gotta get in the air, and im sorry but your pidgeot is too slow. we need to move fast, and flygon is our best bet." he lets the pokemon out and climbs on before holding out a hand to help Aki up.

Aki nervously looks at flygon before taking satoshi's hand and getting on, "okay. Im on."

[Namari]

Satoshi makes sure they're both settled before leaning forward, " lets go! get us out of here." Flygon screeches softly and jumps into the air, flying swiftly just over the trees, wings beating furiously as he goes as fast as he can with two riders.

Aki yelps softly before instinctively wrapping his arms around satoshi's waist so he doesnt fly off

Satoshi keeps the pokemon moving fast, flying hard until Flygon calls out exhaustedly, visibly drooping. He guides the pokemon down into a thickly covered area, " you did so good buddy, im sorry i had to push you so hard. you're the best, really." he gets off and hugs the pokemons head to him before returning him, " you've earned a good long rest." he sighs softly as he puts the pokeball away, " well, looks like we're camping here for the night. we flew past the nearest town and we're in a really remote area, hopefully this thick cover will hide us for the night. no fire though, just in case." he pulls out some travel rations, handing over dried fruit, nuts and jerky to Aki before stuffing some jerky into his own mouth, chewing as he unrolls their sleeping bags, zipping them together to make them doublewide. " it's gonna get chilly out here, and with no fire we'll be best off sharing body heat. sorry, it'll be a bit awkward i know."

Aki watches and blushes slightly before sighing, "dont apologize. Its my fault we have to camp like this tonight." He sits down and brings his knees up to his chest, "i'm the one whose sorry."

[Namari]

Satoshi shakes his head, " i mean, you're not entirely wrong, but it is what it is." he finishes setting up their beds and munches his remaining meal. " i wanted to know what was going on as well, i could have refused. so we both made this bed, and we will both sleep in it, as it were." he chuckles softly at his joke and lets ariados out, who sees Aki and chatters happily before Satoshi gives her a stern look, " you can cuddle with him after, but i need you to set up a wide perimeter of webs. can you do that for me?" She nods and scurries off, busily weaving a complex set of triplines around the camp that were all but invisible, and leads them back to the sleeping bag where she'd be able to keep a claw on the strands and be able to instantly tell if anyone broke one.

Aki pulls out his phone, looking at the pictures he took, "we also... need to stop silph from making those treats... somehow."
