Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi glances over, " morning." he scoops a bowl of oatmeal out and sets it aside for Aki before taking his own bowl.

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods and rubs his face some more before taking his oatmeal and takes slow bites, still waking up, "aw man its so hard to get up the older you get without coffee."

[Namari]

Satoshi snorts softly, " speak for yourself, im older than you and im not having any issues. but if you really want we can see about bringing with some instant coffee grounds. a small kettle would suffice for enough for you."

[MissyLooni]

Aki sighs, "yeah but thats just too much to bring along. I'll just enjoy my starbucks whenever we go into towns. Probably should be cutting back on those anyway..."

[Namari]

Satoshi finishes off his meal and pets Ariados before putting her into her pokeball, " fair enough. it's an option though."

[MissyLooni]

Aki yawns and finishes eating before sighing. He gets up and goes over to the stream, shrugging. "Boiling the water, steeping it, washing the cup, the supplies to do so and the space it takes up is too much of a hassle. I appreciate it but its not necessary. Lets just clean up and get moving. You said you had reports of the guy supposedly being nearby right?"

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " fair point." his expression gets more grim, " yeah. he's probably still in the area, the last report is only about a week old. so we'll just move around nearby i suppose. If you want we can get you settled in the town nearby while i search, i don;t want you in danger again... Noivern and i should be able to find him, if he's anywhere nearby, she'll be able to tell."

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods, "yeah actually keeping myself in town sounds more ideal. I know i said i wanted to stick around originally but... the closer you get to actually finding the guy the more chicken shit i feel."

[Namari]

Satoshi snorts, " gee, after having an awful traumatic experience you're not comfortable being around the guy, go figure."

[MissyLooni]

Aki sighs,  "yeah but it's been years. I was hoping to at least be numb to it by now. " he finishes cleaning up his area and packing up before going over to satoshi, looking slightly uncomfortable

Satoshi debates for a moment before letting Flygon out, " take it from me, it's not that easy to let the past go. And in your case, i can't imagine what you went through, it'll probably effect you in some way for the rest of your life. lets get you to town, it's only about an hours flight. i'll check on the police reports to see if anything is newer there and then get searching." he climbs onto the dragonfly-like pokemon.

Aki nods and lets his pidgeot out and gets on her back.

Pidgeot glances around and makes a soft chirp as she gets ready for take off

Flygon twists around as he waits impatiently, Satoshi making sure they've got everything before calming the pokemon and climbing on. " lets go." the green pokemon leaps into the air, wings almost vibrating as he gains altitude.

[MissyLooni]

Pidgeot flutters her tail feathers briefly before taking off into the sky, knowing she'd have to do her best to keep up with the green one.

Satoshi does his best to rein Flygon in, keeping him at a manageable pace. the dragonfly pokemon occasionally flys a loop around the other pokemon to burn off extra energy.
