Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi shrugs, " probably not, but i like to be prepared. that guy will probably have a grudge against me, and we know that he'd love to take you out." He lets the small fighting type out and Ariados, who climbs into bed with Aki for cuddles. Meinshao snorts at the spiders behavior and settles on Satoshi's bed.

Aki looks at ariados and smiles, petting her gently as his arms shake a little, "well if it helps to know, it seems that tyranitar obviously cant handle iron tail. That was espeons last move on him which gave him that massive scar on his face. It's an easy move to get him unfocused it seems."

Satoshi nods slowly, " good to know. and seeing as fighting type moves have ultra effectiveness, flygon's a good pick for fighting him. not to mention tyranitar specializes in a lot of ground types moves, which are ineffective against flygon."

[MissyLooni]

Aki stops petting ariados and lets his body flop back on the bed so that he's laying down, "...dont ever let me grab onto tyranitars mouth again. That was fucking stupid. I cant believe i did that ooohhhhhh my god im so dumb!" He rubs his face, the adrenaline wearing down enough for him to realize just how reckless he acted, "fuuuuck i need a shot of booze or something."

Satoshi blinks and chuckles, " i wasn't there remember? that's why im not leaving you alone again, i'll leave luxray with you, and he ought to be able to hold them off until i can get there, just keep in mind that he's weak to ground types so he'll just need to play the keepaway game until i can get there. Scary face and double team ought to keep tyranitar at bay, swagger and substitute are moves he can use as well that will help. it's pretty amazing though that you had the strength to hold him off, that was insane."

Aki is quiet for a moment, "He was gonna get Lucario. I couldnt let it happen again. I kinda... moved on my own. I think all of that was pure adrenaline. A flight or fight response. I'd do it again too, as stupid as it is. If thats my only move to make then I'll do it."

Lucario huffs softly, not really liking his trainer putting himself in harms way. He couldnt complain though. He was alive thanks to Aki.

Satoshi nods, " well lets hope it doesn;t come to that. like i said, i'll leave luxray with you and just keep him busy for a bit until i can get to you. luxray is fast and clever, he'll manage despite the disadvantage. We maybe ought to work with Lucario though, try and get him up to fighting condition. Beartic might not be a bad idea to work with either, since he's with you anyway."

Lucario quickly looks at satoshi, eyes wide and his ears perked.

Aki huffs, "i don't... do pokemon battles anymore. "

[Namari]

Satosi raises an eyebrow, " really? because pitting Lucario against Tyranitar sounds an awful lot like a pokemon battle."

Aki huffs, "that was an emergency. For the daycare."

Lucario looks back at aki and whines softly. He hadnt been in a battle since the incident and he was BEGGING to be in battles again. He wanted to be just as tough as espeon used to be so that he could protect aki and the others just like she did.

Satoshi nods, " and if another such emergency happens, i'd really like you to be prepared. you don;t even have to be part of it, Lucario can come train with me and my pokemon. Beartic as well and any others you want. But i think it's a good idea."

[MissyLooni]

Lucario glances at satoshi before giving a soft grumble and going up to aki's bed and shoving his nose into some of aki's bare skin thanks to his shirt getting hiked up a little.

Aki yelps and quickly sits up, rubbing his side,  "fucking hell- did you really have to give me the cold nose?!"

Lucario nods,  crossing his arms.

Aki groans softly and rubs his face again,  "alright fine... i'll...try to do some stupid battles... but it's been literal ages so dont get mad when i suck or freeze up..."

Lucario's  ears perk up again and smiles,  finally getting somewhere

Satoshi blinks and laughs softly, " hey that's why you're training, to get better."

Lucario grins and grabs aki's backpack, digging through it again and pulling out several small cases and putting them on the bed in front of aki, looking ecstatic.

Aki blinks and gives a deep breath before petting lucario, "alright, alright. If you think i can be that good again then i'll actually try." He picks up the cases and sets them aside before looking at satoshi, "not today though. I've had enough for today."

Satoshi blinks, " what are the cases? and yeah im not saying tonight, im done for the night as well. tomorrow is soon enough."
