Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi nods, " yeah no kidding. beds indeed are nice, and while travel food is okay, nothing beats a well cooked meal." he soon finishes his off and gets dressed in regular daytime clothing, " im going to go speak with the officers real quick if you wanted to come along?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki is quiet for a moment before shaking his head, "nah. I think I might... clean myself up. Make myself look more approachable if im going to eventually start... " he moves his hands in a circular motion a bit, "battling."

[Namari]

Satoshi snorts, " alright. i'll be back soon." he gets up and glances at Ariados and Meinshao before nodding to them, " stay here with him." before he heads out and takes Rapidash over to the police building, going in and explaining what he wanted to do to the person at the desk.

[MissyLooni]

The officer at the desk raises his eyebrows at Satoshi before sighing and humoring him by bringing the chief over to listen, however these guys didnt seem as pleasant to deal with as Ken and his team.

Aki gets in the shower and cleans himself up quite a bit by even giving his bangs a quick trim so that his bangs weren't covering his eyes that much.

Lucario smiles and his tail wags as he watches Aki actually makes himself looking decent

Satoshi explains himself again to the chief, and trying to support his case by mentioned he had actually koed the offending tyranitar and therefore had a chance at taking the threat out.

The chief asks his own questions over the situation, getting snarky and raising his voice

Satoshi manages to keep himself calm, but not by much, " with all due respect sir, your forces are too good, which is why he flees when he sees you. He was willing to take his chances battling me, so  have a better chance at taking him down than your forces do."

[MissyLooni]

The chief waves satoshi off, "This is police work kid. Let the professionals handle it. We dont need any vigilantes thinking they're big shots and doing our job just cuz you think your pokemon are strong. Go back to whatever pokemon center you came from, cry to that freaky nurse, and let real men work."

[Namari]

Satoshi grits his teeth, " the work you guys have been doing for how many years? this guy has been out there for literal years, killing pokemon and terrorizing people. the professionals aren't cutting it, and i'll be trying to find him with or without your help. i had simply thought you'd want this to end sooner rather than watch the body count go up, because this guy seems like he wants to move onto people next."

[MissyLooni]

The chief snorts, "we take care of it until he's out of our division. Then its no longer our problem."

[Namari]

Satoshi shakes his head, " right... and this is why im going to take care of it myself. thank you for your help, and sorry for wasting both of our time." he gives the officer a disgusted look and heads out.

Aki gets his new clothes on and takes a deep breath before looking at lucario, "how do i look?"

Lucario smirks and gives aki a thumbs up

Aki nervously smiles, "got it. Feels weird to care about my appearance."

Satoshi goes back to the pokemon center, going into the room and not even looking at Aki, " those conceited heads up their asses morons with no actual concern for the people they're supposed to be protecting! oh man i want to bring that guy to this station and see the looks on their smug ass faces when the 'big shot vigilante' who's apparently not a man brings in their their guy!" he growls. " Meinshao, Ariados, lets get going. Aki, lets get you some training in before i start searching for that jackass."

Aki blinks and frowns before grabbing his backpack, "that bad huh? Sorry about that. Not all cops are great like kenny's station." He turns to satoshi using his teeth to tighten his glove on his hand

Satoshi growls, " they don't have any right to call themselves protectors of the people with how they behaved." he turns and looks at Aki and his mouth hangs open, making a few movements like he's attempting to talk but mostly just looking like a dying fish.
