Satoshi looks over, " of course it's not your fault, it's simply how things are. all things considered you do great."

Pidgeot chirps, a bit happier at the compliment.

Aki nods, "Exactly. but dont let it get to your head and push yourself. If your wing starts to feel strained then please land."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " there's no reason for you to injure yourself. im sure Aki would be quite upset if you got hurt."

[MissyLooni]

Pidgeot nods, chirping in acknowledgment. she may have enjoyed the praises but she was still an adult pokemon who knew better!

Skarmory adds her own comments about being responsible and making sure to only do what they're capable of.

Satoshi chuckles, " well, it looks like we're reaching the flatter area where we can take land pokemon soon. should we set down and switch to give these ladies a rest?"

Aki nods, "Yeah lets land, maybe get a quick snack in since its been a few hours and then go by land for a bit."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods and guides Skarmory down where she starts taking a dust bath, kicking up dirt, " oh come on girl!" Satoshi exclaims and moves away waving his hand in front of his face.

Pidgeot safely lands and lets aki get off before pecking at the ground

Satoshi shakes his head and moves upwind to avoid the dust blowing at him and pulls out some of their easy foodstuffs for snacks.

Aki grabs some snacks from his backpack and happily munches, "Man they are enjoying the dirt."

Satoshi nods, " skarmory loves it when i get a handful of sand and polish her feathers with it."

[MissyLooni]

Aki snorts, "pidge just likes the feeling in her wings."

[Namari]

Satoshi chuckles, " well it's good for them, smothers any mites they may have. not that skarmory gets that issue, being a steel type. but normal flesh and blood bird pokemon do."

[MissyLooni]

Aki blinks and shudders, "pid fb e you dont have mites, do you?"

Pidgeot shakes her head no

Satoshi rolls his eyes, " they're tiny, she wouldn;t even know she had them except that they would make her itch a little."
