Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

Satoshi gently takes the pokemon, " we're not going to steal your pokemon. here, i'll let you hold onto one of mine until we get back okay?" he holds out a pokeball to her. " this is Ariados, you can let her out if you want, she's one of the sweetest pokemon you'll ever meet. i promise i won't let anything bad happen to your raichu okay?"

Aki snorts and grins at Satoshi, "You little shit i was going to do that. i gave you raichu so i can grab my bag and pull out my lapras. she's pretty important to me and wont cause any trouble in case."

Satoshi blinks and laughs softly, " well you can go ahead, then she'll know we're doubly serious."

[MissyLooni]

aki pulls out a pokeball and hands it to paige, "here, double insurance. i just need some one on one time with raichu." he looks at satoshi, "just me and raichu."

paige blinks when both balls are handed to her and she holds them close, not wanting to lose precious pokemon that belonged to other people

Satoshi hands Raichu back to Aki, " here you are. good luck." he takes a seat on the grass, laying back to wait. " might as well get comfortable, im not sure how long it'll take. guess it depends on what Raichu has to tell him. So, is he your only pokemon?" he turns his head to look at her, looking rather silly as a grown ass man laying on the ground, which was intentional to get her to relax hopefully.

Aki takes raichu and walks off

paige frowns as she watches her pokemon leave, "um.. n-no he isnt my only pokemon, just my first pokemon. i got him from my brother and his then girlfriend after their two pikachu's had an egg. I was given the egg as a gift and the day they got married my egg hatched into a pichu. I've raised him since... he's very important to me..."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " i hear ya, pokemon like that... well they're family. most of them are anyway, but it'd be like losing a sibling to lose one like that."

[MissyLooni]

Paige looks down and she sniffles loudly, "I just want my raichu to be okay...."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " yeah i know. i can't promise my friend can help him, but we're gonna try anyway. we want to see your Raichu happy and comfortable again so you and he can be a family."

[MissyLooni]

Paige sighs, "well thank you for helping, even though your friend is weird and rude."

[Namari]

Satoshi covers his mouth to muffle a laugh, " yeah, that he is. we want to try and stop whatever is happening, nobody deserves to go through their pokemon being taken away. but we have no leads, so seeing some of the pokemon is the best chance we have."

[MissyLooni]

paige hums, "and he apparently knows what pokemon are saying? what a weirdo. was he raised by pokemon?"

[Namari]

Satoshi shrugs, " just a gift i guess. he's always seemed to know what my pokemon are telling him. not that most of mine are difficult to understand, he spends most of the time with Ariados, and she mostly wants snuggles." he nods to the pokeball in her hands.

"You're both weird. But then again you're boys and boys are just weird in general. "

Satoshi laughs softly, " that's alright, you'll find out that being the cookie cutter definition of 'normal' is pretty boring when you get older. i tried when i was younger, but it just made me miserable. "
