Arakan looked back at the gate for a minute, staring not at Yori but at the area beyond, before shaking his head and turning away, " he ought to be fine." he walks away, resolutely not looking back. There was no use pining over something he'd never be able to have.

takana sighs as he continues walking, "I know he'll be fine. He is incredibly smart and kind and i know what he's capable of."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " indeed. and as a low grade demon they'll ignore him more likely than not." he soon gets them back to the apartment and sighs once they're inside, " i know it's hard for you to hear anything bad about humans, you've not had to deal with the same things i've seen. im sorry things got so out of hand this morning. it's frustrating for me, and admittedly i can let my temper get the better of me."

Takana blinks and looks at arakan. he frowns a little and his ears flick before lowering, "I... Im sorry too. I'm... I dont mean to snap like that and believe it or not I am not usually like that... being here has put me on edge something fierce... but that doesnt mean its okay to just snap at you like that..."

[Namari]

Arakan nods, acknowledging his apology. " i just want to say, i won't stop you if you wish to leave, i know things are difficult to adjust to here, not having grown up with it. we were never meant to live this way, with so many demons in one small area. But i will warn you, if you leave, there's nothing i can do to help you. once you're outside of those walls, you're on your own. i can't go past that gate. If i do, there will be consequences that im not willing to risk."

Takana sighs, "I will. eventually. for now, I have my own goals and I have given myself a mission that i want to complete before i go. until then, despite my unease about being here, I am not leaving. I told my brother yori the same thing."

Arakan nods, " very well." he stands there, unsure of what to do now, then goes and sits on the couch."

takana's ears droop slightly before he heads to his room.

Soon Nikiri enters the apartment, humming happily, "Mooooorning~" he has Izanagi on his back, giving the smaller demon a piggyback ride for fun since he doesnt have to worry about antlers obscuring nagi's view.

Arakan sighs softly, he had no idea what to say.

Izanagi is happily being carried, head resting on Nikiri's shoulder as he hums contentedly. would he be able to walk right? no. did he regret it? not for a moment.


Arakan looks over and raises an eyebrow, " i gather you two enjoyed yourselves."

nikiri blinks when he only sees arakan and tilts his head, "well of course we had fun. did you not? where's Takana and Yori?"

Arakan shrugs, " Takana is sulking in his room for whatever reason this time, his brother has gone home."

Izanagi nuzzles Nikiri's neck.

nikiri hums, "im sure he just misses his brother. Those two are extremely close after all."

Arakan sighs, " perhaps."

Nikiri glances at izanagi, "where do you want me to set you down?"

Izanagi hums, " anywhere is fine, maybe my bedroom though? should pick out my work outfit for today."
