Arakan raises an eyebrow at him, " he's got cotton candy pink hair and could pass as female with the right outfit, as you said, district two loves that sort of thing."

nikiri hums softly, "You didnt deny it though. Look, its clear to me that he has some frustration going on that he wont admit to because of pride, and you could use a good lay every now and then. Why dont you do him a favor, as well as yourself, and wine and dine him a little. you'll both feel refreshed, and i can even take izanagi somewhere away from the apartment or something."

Arakan stands up abruptly, " mind your place. I refuse to simply use him because you think i need to." his tone is icey, and he looks at Nikiri hard for such a suggestion.

nikiri snorts softly, "wine and dine isnt the same as a one night stand you know. Nobody thinks about dating anymore? he clearly likes you and not because of your status. Do you not realize how rare that is? Izanagi may say he likes me but the moment a better demon comes along im out of the picture. if you dont jump on the opportunity for that kind of a relationship then I will."

Arakan growls softly, " it's not that simple. i need to be concerned about how it would be seen should it be found out. i should already have a mate seeing as i've taken over this district in all but official title. not to even mention he plans to leave as soon as he is able..."

Nikiri wasn't ready for arakan to call such a bluff and for the first time he has his jaw dropped, "w-well I mean, not right now. He's busy! So very busy! I couldn't, wouldn't, even think to bother him while at work."

ironically, the cafe slows down a little now that it is no longer the lunch rush and Takana peaks around the corner of the kitchen doorway and blinks when he sees arakan. He goes back into the kitchen and gets a glass of water, sipping it
