Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

[MissyLooni]

Takana falls to his knees and gently runs his hand through touhou's greasy hair, "a-arakan's mom is um i-is a healer but i... I can't go back. I saw arakan close off the whole gate area... what do I do... touhou what happened to you?" He sniffles and wipes his eyes

Isabelle pales when she sees touhou's condition, "i... well we have to do something. The poor thing looks Iike he's on deaths door. "

[Namari]

Yori pales, " he closed off the gates? um, isn;t there anyone else we can get in contact with? that might be able to get around that? how about that deer guy? his sisters could maybe jump over? they jumped really high."

[MissyLooni]

Takana shakes his head, "dad took my phone..."

Isabelle frowns, "I only have indigo's number but... I don't know if they'd even want to talk any of us."

[Namari]

Yori frowns, " i don't know... i mean, all you can do is try right? i... i guess we just patch him up the best we can for now?" he heads to a bathroom and gets some hot water and a rag, coming back and starting to clean touhou off.

[MissyLooni]

The heat from the water fogs up the mirror enough and some words appear in the condensation for yori,  ' the cook knows the deer'

[Namari]

Yori blinks when he sees it, " so, the house just told me that our chef knows the deer guy? so should we ask him?"

[MissyLooni]

Takana gives yori a weird look, "...wat."

Isabelle places her hands on yori and takana, "you too watch the maid, I'll go find Zeus." She leaves.

Takana sniffles and doesn't look up, keeping his eyes on touhou.
He pulls out a small device, a collar remover, and tucks it under touhou's neck and manages to get the collar off and tosses the thing to the side, grumbling softly.

[Namari]

Yori shrugs, " like i said, house told me. oh! house, can you find us Takana's phone?" he gently wipes some of the blood off Touhou's back.

[MissyLooni]

'no. Ties to you are weakening. You must get out'

Isabelle goes over to the kitchen, "Zeus? Zeus!"

The cook stops what he was doing and blinks, "Isabelle! What a pleasant surprise. What can I do for you?"

Isabelle frown, "we need your help. Please! Touhou, our maid, he's incredibly injured! We need help?"

Zeus sets his knife down, "take me to them."

Isabelle nods and leads Zeus to the others, "I don't know what could have done this."

The mirror responds, 'wendigo. Corrin'

Isabelle looks and frowns, "what does wendi-"

The cook quickly covers her mouth, "don't! The last thing you want to do is use its name or worse yet, whistle at night time. I'll call nikiri." He quickly takes a picture of the mirror before calling the deer.

Nikiri blinks when his phone starts ringing, "weird... I wasn't expecting an update from my informant so soon." He shifts away from izanagi and answers, "Zeus, what is it?"

[Namari]

Yori blinks, " oh, we gotta go then. What's a, that thing? Wait, you can't be saying that, that, is dad?" He pales, " ...was dad the monster thing?"

Izanagi blinks and looks at Nikiri curiously, " informant?"

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri nods at izanagi,  "an old friend of the family that helps me on the human side if needed. "

Zeus explains the scene and sighs softly, "I'm not entirely sure what you can do but this maid needs a healer immediately."

Nikiri pales, "you have got to be kidding me... i... okay... um... the 2nd district. If they can get into the 2nd district then maybe helios can bring them to his lab which connects to our district. Get a head start on that and I'll contact helios to be at his gate and then... see if I can beg korri to help. This is saving a demons life, not a human so maybe I'll have a decent shot."

Zeus nods, "understood. We have to go so I'll call you back later." He hangs up, "come on. Nikiri said we have to go to the 2nd district gate."  He takes off his apron and gently fixes it to touhou's back to give it some protection before gently scooping him up,  "we'll take my van." He heads towards the back door.

Takana squeaks when touhou is picked up and he quickly follows.

The mirror gives one last message, 'he feeds off of misery to get stronger and the stronger he is, the less i can help so dont count on me next time. Learn to fight.'
The faucet turns off.

Isabelle takes yori's hand, "come on, 2nd district it is."

[Namari]

Yori blinks, " learn to fight? but... how? and that didn;t answer my question if he is or not!" he lets himself be pulled away though. " i don;t understand..."


Izanagi tilts his head as he looks at Nikiri, " Korri is nice, i doubt she'd turn someone away. I guess this friend of the family is a human?"

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri hangs up and looks at izanagi, "Yeah he is human. Before the war my moms side of the family and his family had sort of a relationship. They gave her family gifts and made them a shrine and were overall kind and in return if any villagers got lost in the woods that was nearby they'd get safely returned to the village. Thankfully both families were aware that the war was just a fact of life and neither took it personally. Years later both families remain at peace and Zeus gives me information on the human side when needed."

Nikiri grumbles, "not that arakana and ryokan need to know of such things. Regardless, it seems that takana, ypri and isabelle have had... an unfortunate time. You know the demon that is thought to not exist? The one we tell kids not to say at night?"

[Namari]

Izanagi sighs, " that sounds nice... You're so lucky." He blinks, " I'm...pretty sure I know what you mean. Antlers and a deer skull face?"

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri nods, "that thing apparently attacked them while the adults were out. Their maid is severely injured and they need korri's help so I told them to go to the 2nd district because we have a sewer line that connects our districts together so it's the only way to get in now." Nikiri sends a quick text to helios before nervously sighing, "here goes nothing..."
He calls korri
