Yori nods, " I don't think he will, he got really mad when my mom cut Takana off. Plus my mom would freak out."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri shrugs, "he is supposed to be a master at manipulation so I just worry. Plus helping find something to keep you preoccupied can help forget how bad this district is sometimes."

[Namari]

Yori nods a bit, " but im not good at anything. Takana learned a bunch of stuff, but my mom just had the servants do everything for me. i barely know how to make a bed." he sighs.

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri hums softly, "what's stopping you from learning things now?"

[Namari]

Yori rubs the back of his neck, " nothing, im trying. but im not really... good at anything. i certainly don;t know enough about anything useful to be able to work a job at it. unless skateboarding or rollerskating or surfing is a job, which i doubt."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri hums softly, "well much like exercise you don't get muscles overnight just like you don't get perfect at something overnight. Life is full of trial and error and regardless of age we're all learning and growing. You can just find some new hobbies and enjoy life until you find something you're passionate about and want to pursue. Just don't say you're not good at anything."

Yori snorts, " but it's true. so how do i go about it then, finding a way to do things so that im okay at them and can work? i honestly have no idea where to start. what can i even do here? I'd be nervous working outside te district, what if dad comes to my workplace to find me?"

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri sighs softly and pats yori on the head, "what can you think of that would genuinely make you happy? If you can't
 answer that then maybe it's a sign you need to think about what you want. Do some reflecting."

Yori sighs softly, " i don;t know. how can i be happy with anything knowing how fucked up everything is here? for the people i care about."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri shrugs, "you're just going to have to. If it helps you could always ask Isabelle. She makes active steps for the better of our district all the time it seems so I'm sure she'll have an idea. I'd say to ask arakan but uh... he'd just tell you that the biggest way you can help is to stay out of the way and I know that's not helpful."

Yori nods, " yeah... im not famous like she is though. and we were just saying to be careful about dads money. this is frustrating. i'll talk to her when she's not busy though and see if there's something useful i can do."

Nikiri snorts, "I wasn't talking about asking Isabelle how you can spend your dad's money. I was really thinking if she needs an extra hand with what she does."

Yori shrugs, " but most of the things she's been doing that's really been useful has cost money hasn;t it? like bringing all the dirt and stuff in for planting crops. and getting better food into the district. money is the main factor with that. unless you meant her vineyard, i guess i can like, haul stuff around and do manual labor?"

Nikiri hums, "yes you certainly could do that. Oh! Say I was going to have a friend of mine make something for you but it requires your neck measurements. You don't mind, do you?"

Yori blinks and tilts his head, " um, okay? Yeah, go ahead? Can I ask what for?"
