Ike watches out of the corner of his eye, noting the behavior but not commenting. When the other starts degearing he himself removes his sword and sets it aside before removing his gauntlets and his boots, getting comfortable.

Link gets his boots off but doesnt really remove anything else. He places his boots on the ground, next to the bed neatly in case he would need to quickly put them on. His miscellaneous gear is placed on his night table and his sword he tucks under his bed safely, giving the underside of the bed another quick check before he finally lays down on his back, his fingers twitching now and then as he stares at his ceiling.

Ike stays on the chair, reading, " if there's anything you need me to do, just let me know."

Link nervously blushes and he rolls on to his side so his back is facing ike, taking one of his many pillows and hugging it, "you uh, you dont have to but umm, when someone is with me so i... so i can sleep they are usually a lot closer..." links ears are red and he huffs, "but if you're fine where you're at then just forget i said anything."

" sure. " He gets up, carrying the book with and flipping into the bed next to Link, laying on his stomach and opening the book back up.

Link blinks at how sudden ike just flops on his bed but instead of commenting on it he just focuses on ike's presence, his body finally relaxing enough for him to close his eyes, finally falling asleep.

Ike yawns and keeps reading, after all this was for Link to sleep so whatever he needed was what Ike would do.

Every so often a soft snore comes out of links mouth

A couple hours pass uneventfully, Ike reading and barely keeping himself from dozing off.

Links face scrunches and he groans softly, bringing a hand up to his eyes and rubbing them, yawning.

Ike looks over and grins, " hey sleepyhead, feeling better? "

Link nods, still half asleep as he rolls on to his other side, now facing ike, "mmm-hmmmm...hungry..."

Ike chuckles, " well, when you're ready to get up we can go get some chow from the mess hall, and possibly heat up a skewer or two to go with it."

Link slowly blinks before rubbing his face in to his pillow and giving a big sigh. He pushes himself in to a sitting position and begins scratching his head

Ike blinks and raises an eyebrow, " something the matter?"
