Ike pats his back, " we'll talk about other options later, but at least we can get you those few hours and that'll give me some time to figure things out." he covers the mirror back up and mounts his horse, " see you tonight twilight."

Twilight nods, "Safe travels."

Link sighs and gets on Epona, "It's really alright Ike. I'd rather you didn't work anything out. I'm working on it."

Ike frowns, " yeah, and what you've been doing isn't working. no offense. your health is one of the most important things right now, so i need to get on top of this issue."

Epona starts heading back to hyrule castle.

Link huffs,  "cuz i havent worked this out yet. Im still learning.   It's not my fault and i'm not crazy..." the last bit he more or less muttered under his breath

Ike raises an eyebrow, " never said you were. But you do need help, and that's okay. we all do from time to time."

Link huffs, "i'm kinda tired of constantly needing help. "

Ike laughs and moves his horse closer so he can slap Link on the back, " considering all the shit you do and have to put up with? im surprised you don;t need more help."

Link gives a soft yelp out of surprise. He turns a little red, "I dont do that much. Just... what i feel is right. "

Ike shakes his head, " take it from someone who literally went on an epic quest to kill the famous black knight who murdered my father, then became general of an army to save the entire kingdom. you do a fucking lot, and you definitely need people to help you out."

Link hums, "that sounds like something you could read out of a fantasy book. "

Ike snorts, " says the reincarnated hero who serves a princess to defeat the big bad evil dude and his monster minions, using a magic sword and fairies."

Link blinks and blushes,  "yeah well you guys not having magic swords and fairies is weird to us.  It's all perspective. "

Ike laughs, " just saying, pot calling the kettle black for shit sounding like a story straight out of a book."

Link tsks but cant help smiling as they make it back to hyrule and over to the stables

When they get back to the castle Ike hands off his horse and asks that they put the mirror and cart away before turning to Link, " alright, you ready to spar until you drop?"
