Renshajoh looks over, "tempting, however i do not trust the captain or the crew...just because the door has a code does not mean no-one else will be able to access it. the captain has overrides, and...well, if he decides to hand that out, or if Moko decides to get in, you will be alone."

Orion makes a small groan, "i... dont trust that captain and the crew are weird...."

The lizard nods, " exactly. so you will accompany me on my rounds. basic maintenance, watching the feeds for any anomalies, simple mostly. though i am usually who they go to if they need heavy lifting done."

Orion sighs softly, "fine i guess... bother me when its time to go..."

Renshajoh nods, " will do." he yawns and stretches before turning onto his side, scratching his scales lazily.

Time ticks by, an hour easily slipping by as Orion stares at the wall, daydreaming about being back home

Renshajoh's datapad chimes to let him know it's his shift, and he grunts as he gets up, pulling clothes on before pocketing the datapad and going over to Orion, " time to go kid."

Orio gives a solemn nod before pushing himself up and brushing his clothes down to get some wrinkles out of it

He raises an eyebrow, " do you want some less hot clothes? and ones that won;t get ruined?"

Orion blushes and looks down, "uh... you... probably dont have anything my size... plus if its anything too complicated then i wouldnt know how to put it on. I have my own personal tailor and he dresses me two to three times a day depending if master has any friends coming over."

Renshajoh rolls his eyes and sighs, " i would have gotten something from the storage, we'll swing by there and see. we'll want to get you at least one change of clothes to keep you from getting too ripe." he heads out of the room, beckoning Orion to follow.

Orion follows ren, looking around the hallways curiously

Renshajoh makes his way to the control room, "Everything looking good? what needs to be done?"

A member of the crew goes over to him, "so far everything has been cleared and running smoothly for once. Steadily increasing power to perform another jump however it woll be a while. Some cooling vents became clogged because why the fuck not which is why we have been gaining power slowly as to not burn out any thrusters. However, if it could get investigated and fixed we would be able to warp much faster."

Renshajoh sighs, " i'll check out the vents. not sure if i'll be able to do much. we'll see. come Orion." he heads out of the room, going to one of the araes with vents and pulling it off, peering in, " hm, i think i might be able to see something...i don;t think i an reach it though." he lengthens his tail and works it into the vent, giving up after a few minutes. " we'll have to come at it another way."
