Ren chuckles as Orion hides behind him, " you'll be alright, come on." He looks at Ina, " yes, i appreciate your understanding. a tour would be appreciated as well, if it will not be taking you away from your duties."

Taro pips up from his seat, " all computer systems are good, my scans aren;t showing anything unusual."

Ina looks back at taro and smiles, "excellent." She looks at Sally, "im going to take these two on a quick tour. See that this ship is ready for take off when we come back." She looks back at ren, "no worries. Anything i can do Sally can do just as well so i have no need to be glued to the deck. Lets go."  She walks around ren and exits the room.

Orion blinks as he watches just how efficient everyone is

Sally nods and gives a quick bow, " yes captain!" she turns and oversees the preparations and the system checks, making sure everything is in top condition.

Ren nods and follows after, making sure Orion is close by.

Orion sees ren move and quickly follows after.

Ina shows them around the ship, pointing out the full cafeteria with 24/7 chef's, a small kiosk to buy simple drinks and small snacks, the communal bathroom if you find yourself too far from your room, infirmary, indoor gym, supply room and ect, "if you ever find yourself lost you can go to the map on your datapad, enter in what you're looking for and it will tell you where you can find it with directions."

Orion blinks, "um what about our rooms? How do we lock those?"

Ina nods, "give me your datapads and i'll register your rooms to it. That way everything will be connected and a keypad will appear the doors of your room."

Orion blinks and looks at ren

Ren nods, and blinks when asked to hand over the datapad. he shrugs and hands it over, " alright. this is a very... complicated ship."

Ina takes them both and messes around a bit before handing them back, "there, your pads are now personally connected to your individual room. If you press the icon that looks like a blue bird you will find not only where your map is but also your room data including a 4 digit pin for your door and any way you wish to customize your room for your own liking. We have more than enough choices to suit your needs."

Ren blinks, " ...customize the room? we are only hitching a ride, we are not moving in. there would be no point in going through the effort of redecorating it and such."

ina raises an eyebrow and nods, "Yeah. A ride that will take a bit of time. We may be heading in that direction but we still have to uphold our promise to the people in need so we'll be making a few stops along the way. Might as well try to make you as comfortable as possible, right?"

Ren shrugs, " so long as i am able to care for my skin properly so i do not damage it, i could live in a closet for all i care."

Ina shakes her head, "and that wont do for me. After you leave i only hope you have nothing but good things to say about my crew and ship. Plus, i want you to be comfortable since I wouldnt hesitate in asking for some assistance while we're out."

Ren bows his head, " as if i would complain about someone who is generously giving us a ride. and i would offer my assistance regardless."

Ina nods, "i will give you a heads up, since you'd be working with a crew that takes stipends from the government you would have to fill out an official contract since you in turn would be accepting government money. Is that acceptable to you?"

Ren makes a face, " well im not sure how well that would go, since my people don;t have much in the way of official identification, but i suppose i can give it a go. sounds like a lot of trouble."

Ina shrugs, "i have different contracts for different races to suit their needs so you should be fine. Wouldnt be the first time i hired a basilisk."

Ren shrugs, " very well." he looks at his datapad, looking over the map, " is there anything else we ought to know?"
