Ina turns from her spot to look at Ren and nods, "of course. Is this a conversation that shall take place here or would you rather I separate myself from the others?"


((cant help it. Unearthed Arcana is being 'tested' right now so while there is a 5e pdf for it it is not published or technically official but it is on 5e tools currently which gives the Sorcerer a new subclass called Lunar Magic and with the race Eladrin being an elf race of seasons I can have a winter elf, so blue skin and white hair, with 'Lunar Magic' i say that lightly since there arent too many spells involving the moon but there are plenty of cold afflicting attacks. but the subclass allows traits and features that are not too far off from how I imagine the galakin race to be. its too much man. @w@ my brain is gonna explode teehee))

Ren glances at Orion and raises an eyebrow. Personally he didn't think it needed to be away from the others, but he also wasn't the one that found her intimidating.

Orion gives a small squeak when he sees ren look over. He gives a soft sigh before walking up to ina as well, "ah no its nothing serious its just- well... I... just thought um... if i have questions but cant find you maybe it would be a good idea to have your number.... in case. I mean- if you wanted to of course. It sounds stupid asking out loud."

Ina blinks before humming, "its not stupid. you are under our care at this moment so it would make sense to be able to contact you. One could argue that you could just use our computer communication system but if we're going to other planets to help them then we're not always going to be on this ship so it would be wise to expand our means of communication."

Ren keeps himself from grinning, nodding slightly at Ina. " indeed, especially since it seems likely Orion and i will be undertaking missions offboard often." he pulls out his tablet to get her number as well.

Ina smiles and pulls out her datapad and starts exchanging numbers with them both, "let me give you cocos ID number as well. Just in case you guys need back up for anything."

Orion blinks, "ID number? Is that different from a datapad number?"

Ina nods, "Yeah coco is a datapad herself technically so instead of her talking through a device she can just talk out loud and you'll hear her. You're  end will stay the same, but this way she also has your datapad's GPS location."

Orion blinks again, "that... is really weird. What about texting?"

Coco looks over, looking slightly annoyed, "it's not weird. I don't call your space abilities weird."

Tai looks at coco, "weird isn't bad. It's just different. Just like I got some weird shedding abilities and Ina's whole existence is weird and Taro is the weirdest one here since he's the most normal. It's all perspective."

Ina looks over at Tai, "you didn't mention Sally at all."

Tai blinks, "because Sally is perfect."

Taro looks over with a scowl, " Hey." he grumbles under his breath.

Ren blinks, " that is out of what im used to but i suppose i will get used to it. And yes, perspective is interesting, i suppose my kind are weird to most as well."

Ina sighs, "regardless, that's not quite where I was going with this conversation, um, if something has gone awry and you need back up then contact coco. She will provide physical support." She finishes transferring data to ren and orion's data pad and smiles, "there. Now. Anything else I can assist either of you two with?"

Orion puts his datapad away, "um...no.... not that I know of." He was too nervous to bring up his powers. The idea of having her make pit stops at random planets just so he could practice sounded too inconvenient

Ren glances at Orion briefly, then back at Ina, " actually we did have a request. is it possible to stop by any low population or uninhabited planets? Orion would like to test some of his abilities, and away from the ship ideally."

Orion makes a squeak and looks over at ren in a panic, his face turning deep blue, "ah-! Ren!" He whines softly

Ina blinks and tilts her head a bit, humming, "abilities that can't be tested in the training room?"

Orion looks at Ina, still nervous, "i- since the explosion i- uh- I have had an increase of- of energy that I want to release but I don't know how so... I'd like to do that somewhere safe. Away from your ship. In case it affects your ships engines since it's the same energy."

Ina hums softly, "that's good to know. If you are taking energy in without releasing it I'm sure that can't be good for you. Tai! If you find any dead moons or planets as we travel then let's make a pit stop."

Tai nods, "aye aye captain!"

Ren dips his head, " you have my gratitude." he glances over at Orion, " shall we head back?"

Orion looks up at ren, "Ah. Yeah."

Ina nods, "if you have anything else that you need please don't hesitate to ask."

Orion glances at Ina and nods a little before turning and heading back to his room

Ren follows, waiting until they're out of earshot before he smiles a bit, " well you needed a few nudges, but i think we covered all the essential things."

orion makes a whine sound, almost like fake crying, "that was terrible! I sounded like an idiot!"

Ren snorts, " you did not. stop fussing, the worse outcome would have been to not deal with these matters and to have come back empty handed."

orion continues to whine, albeit quieter now, "they could have laughed at me and called me an idiot for even suggesting number switching."
