Satoshi pales a bit, " one of the legendaries...yeah no kidding. can you imagine the kind of trainer it would take to get a legendary pokemon to accept you as it's trainer? man..."

Aki shakes his head,  "haven't met one yet and i probably never will. "

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " i met the current champion briefly while i was competing. He's an impressive man, but im not sure even he could manage a legendary pokemon."

Aki shudders a bit, "can't believe you met the current champion."

[Namari]

Satoshi chuckles, " well, maybe 'met' is a bit of a stretch. stood in the same room while he gave an inspirational speech and internally died with all the other fighters is more like it."

Aki chuckles, "thats still closer than what i'll ever get."

Satoshi chuckles, " fair. anyway that was a long time ago, there's a different champion now. but still, it was cool, and being young i was extremely impressed."

Aki snuggles into his blanket, being mindful of ariados as he sighs, "these beds feel amazing."

Satoshi chuckles, " yeah, certainly a far sight better than the ones at the pokemon centers."

Aki snorts, "certainly better than the ground too."

Satoshi nods, " definitely better than the ground for sure. lot warmer too."

Aki rubs his face into one of the pillows and chuckles, "pillows in a suite are so much nicer than regular hotel pillows."

Satoshi chuckles and rolls his eyes, " yeah this is fancy shit. the only time i've seen stuff this nice was during the last rounds before i lost, of course the further in the rankings you got, the nicer the rooms they gave you."

Aki looks at satoshi, "yeah? What were they like? I have... a few badges but that was for fun so i never got close to something like that..."
