He also tells the waiter what he wants, happy to stick with just water since he doesn't drink it much and his body would probably thank him for it. He wasn't sure how long he could go without alcohol but he wanted to try

Before long the food is set in front of them with a basket of fresh breadsticks and satoshi grabs one of the sticks of crack to bite the end off, " mmm, fresh warm bread."

[MissyLooni]

Aki's nose twitches as he breathes in the smell of the breadsticks and also grabs one, "These smell really good. Something about baked bread just smells so good!"

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " yeah, and fresh out of the oven is the best, that yeasty scent." he inhales deeply before munching the rest of his breadstick and starting on his meal.

[MissyLooni]

Aki finishes his breadstick and hums happily before he goes to his own meal, "thanks again for bringing me here. The food is really good. "

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " i've never been here before but this is really nice, thanks for giving me an excuse to bring you here." his eyes glint with humor, laughing softly.

[MissyLooni]

Aki chuckles and takes a sip of his water before looking at satoshi, "Well then I hope in the future I give you more reasons to take me to new places."

[Namari]

Satoshi grins, " i look forward to it." he takes a bite of his meal, savoring the melody of flavors that burst on his tongue.

[MissyLooni]

Aki hums and keeps eating his food.

The waitress stops by their table after a bit, refilling aki's water, smiling, "how is everything tasting so far? Anything that i can refill for you two?"

[Namari]

Satoshi smiles at her, " everything is fantastic, though i wouldn't mind a dessert menu to look at?"

[MissyLooni]

She nods and reaches into her apron to pull out one of the many dessert menu's and hands them to Satoshi, "There you are. And I would just like to let you know we are having a special on the strawberry and passion fruit crepe's for couple's. two for the price of one."

Aki looks at her curiously, enjoying the idea of a good deal, "Are they good? We've never been here."

The waitress nods and smiles, "We are very well known for our crepe's and the strawberry passion fruit flavor always gets sold out."

[Namari]

Satoshi grins, " well im sold. we'll do that then. guess i won;t need this after all." he holds the menu back out to her.

[MissyLooni]

She smiles and takes the menu back, "Excellent, I'll put in an order." she writes it down in her little notepad before heading to the kitchen.

Aki looks at Satoshi and grins, "Cant help a good deal huh? Good thing she thinks we're a couple."

[Namari]

Satoshi smiles, " thanks." he chuckles softly once she's out of earshot, " what can i say? it was a pretty good deal and it sounds pretty tasty. We are a couple,  couple of dudes enjoying a good meal." he grins. " technically not lying, she never actually asked if we were involved romantically."

Aki nods, "also we dont need to be a couple to be romantically involved." He gives a half hearted chuckle before taking a sip of his water.
