Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

[Namari]

Satoshi raises an eyebrow, " alright..." he sighs and slowly makes his way upstairs to lie down.

[MissyLooni]

Aki steps outside and looks around until he spots the barn, making his way over there

[Namari]

The door is open and in the entrance of a stall a woman kneels next to a ponyta with a foot held up, applying cream to the leg and rewrapping it, " alright, that should help. i'll see about getting those hooves trimmed later okay? you just sit tight. should heal up fine."

[MissyLooni]

He gets to the entrance and knocks on the frame of the barn doors, "excuse me, miss?"

[Namari]

she looks up and tucks some hair behind her ear, " hello. oh, you're that guy that Satoshi went with. is he alright?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki nods, "He needs to rest up but yeah he's fine. My name is Aki and if you dont mind, I kinda wanted to ask a favor of you."

[Namari]

Emma leans against the wall of the stall, " Aki, got it. and what's this favor then?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki rubs the back of his head, "Well satoshi and I rescued a pokemon from a grade A asshole. same guy that put the hurt on satoshi, and he seems to think that you would be a good fit for the pokemon. He's Beartic and he's a bit of a cry baby but he's a nice enough pokemon." he holds the pokeball out to her

[Namari]

She blinks and takes the pokeball, " huh, well i can see about working with him. beartic huh? those aren;t found around these parts. well, he's welcome to stick around here regardless if he doesn;t cause trouble." she lets the pokemon out.

[MissyLooni]

As soon as Beartic is let out he whimpers softly and sniffs the air, not used to the new smells. He turns and sees Aki and Emma. He leans over to Emma and he nervously sniffs her.

Aki smiles at Beartic, "Hey buddy. You're still okay."

[Namari]

Emma lifts her hand so he can sniff it, " hey there, this guy tells me you need a new partner. we work hard around here, but we're also a family. that sound like something you want to be a part of?"

[MissyLooni]

Beartic sniffs her hand before dipping his head low enough to tuck the top of his hand against her hand, wanting pets

She snorts softly, " i guess you're willing to give it a go then." she rubs the top of his head and moves her hand to the side to scratch at his ear. " big ol softie huh?"

[MissyLooni]

Beartic's soft grumbling is of that as a cats pur, leaning into the scratches

aki smiles softly, "yeah he is. I'm glad he'll be in good hands here. thank you."

[Namari]

She nods, " you're welcome. glad to see you back too, wasn;t sure how long it'd be before you and my brother came back. im not tickled he came back injured, but i suppose some excitement is probably good for him. he's been working too hard. i'll bet being out with you has been good for him."
