Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

[Namari]

She waves a hand, " if I know him, he'd prefer to be with you
 You're young and still a little stupid, and he's....he's izanagi. Let's leave it at that. Go on, go have fun."

Izanagi hesitates when he sees the manager talking to Shiro.

Shiro gulps a little and nods before looking at izanagi, "ah your boss is being very kind and offering you a day off.... as long as it's just today. It's up to you though."

[Namari]

Izanagis eyes widen, " yesthankyoubye. Let's go before she changes her mind!" He grabs Shiros hand and hauls him out of there.

The manager shakes her head, " that boy. He was going to just be crawling all over him all day anyway." She starts working on covering his duties.

[MissyLooni]

After a few minutes something new and delicious can be smelt from the kitchen.

Mina's nose twitches and she follows the scent curiously, "I smell something delicious. "

[Namari]

Izanagi gets Shiro back to his apartment and proceeds to ravish.

The Manager walks into the back to see, " ah, so that's what the big crate of potatoes was all about."

[MissyLooni]

Takana looks at the manager and smiles, "I got my mother's recipe book back so I can make her potato soup! I hope you don't mind? I thought it'd make a good addition for the winter season since it's filling and nice and hot."

[Namari]

She smiles, " i've told you before you have creative license. If we can get the ingredients without breaking the bank, go for it. potatoes are a good option since we've been getting a fair amount of those lately. no complaints here. I sent Izanagi home, he seems to have a new plaything, so he'd be useless anyway."

[MissyLooni]

Takana sighs, "yeeeaaah... I spent the night at nikiri's because my brother is there and izanagi asked me to not be home last night so I'm not surprised."
He turns to the soup and takes a small sample, "I already added some salt so I just need to wait a bit more and see how much of the salt gets absorbed by the potatoes but so far its spot on. Bacon is key too."

He gets a fresh hot little sample on a spoon and holds it out to the manager, "try some?"

she nods, " he's been like this before, it happens." she takes the spoon, tasting it carefully and nodding, " very flavorful, i think our customers will enjoy this a lot."

[MissyLooni]

Takana nods excitedly, "Yeah? I'm glad! Are we going to do another promotion thing of free samples like before? I did this pretty spontaneously so it's not exactly on the menu."

Mina peaks around the doorway, "flaaavorful?"

[Namari]

The manager nods, " i think that's a good idea." she scoops a small amount into a few bowls and hands them to Mina, " hand these out to the employees to taste."

[MissyLooni]

Mina squeals excitedly at being able to eat and runs off to deliver them to the other employees, "GUYS! TASTY FOOD!"

[Namari]

The other employees take theirs and happily sample the small amount, agreeing it's delicious.

The manager chuckles, " well, I'd get a big batch of that going, sounds like the staff will be suggesting it to everyone."

[MissyLooni]

Takana perks up and smiles,  "score! And on a day where izanagi isn't here.  He'll be so jealous. " He chuckles and gets a bigger pot going

She chuckles softly, " that he will be. it's good to have you back."
