"No one except Zim has been in my childhood house, yeah. I'll give you a tour after we eat if you'd like?" He nodded to Torque when he asked if he can choose anything to eat. He typed in Torque's order into Foodio's input and it took less than a minute to pop food out of its oven, setting it down on the table with a cheery, "Bon appetit." He laughed and thought or a moment before he put in his own order of chili con carne with grated cheddar over the top. Foodio set down his food when it was done too and Dib went to the fridge. "What would you like to drink? We got a few different Poop cola flavors-"

Gaz called from the living room. "Cherry is off limits, that's mine! You can have the other ones!" Dib grimaced and looked to Torque. "So regular Poop cola or salty lemonade Poop or uh well, there's juice here too."

"I'd like a tour" He said with a nod and walked over to the table sitting his bag aside before taking a seat. Watching foodio prepare the food out of nothing. "I've never seen anything like that, is it something that professor membrane recently made?" He asked watching the machine place the food infront of him "It looks good and smells great" He commented and waited till Dib had his own meal before starting to eat only pausing at the question. "Regular is fine, thanks"

"Alright. I think the only room I really can't bring you into is dad's basement lab. I'd need the code and I don't know if it's the same as before or if it's changed." There was also the fact he could just hack into it, but he really didn't want Torque to see him as some sort of criminal even if it was his own childhood home. He shook his head as he took out the regular Poop cola from the fridge. "Dad made that when we were still in grade school but improved it over two years. It was finally in our house when I was twelve. From there, he just kept updating it. It perfectly copies the texture, smell and even taste of the food." He poured two cups of soda and brought them to the table, setting one down in front of Torque before sitting across from him.

"And uh..." Dib glanced to the living room. Gaz hadn't even really said hi but that was how she usually was, not entirely a fan of socializing unless it was done over gaming. "That's my little sister Gaz in the living room. She's not really a people person."

"...I don't really care to see the professor's lab anyway...I don't really care about that man, sorry if that offensive" He said it was clear Torque had similar feeling about the father as Zim has. "That is interesting it's certainly a good invention and would be great if every family had one it would keep people from over hunting and killing animals in the most terrible ways" He took a sip of his drink "Thanks" Torque glanced towards the living room to follow Dib's gaze before making an slightly worried face and glanced back to Dib "Does she know what's going on?"

Dib flinched, having not known Torque would be someone who didn't care about his father. He was so used to so many people basically kissing the ground where he walked, praising him for his assorted inventions (even the weird ones like Super Toast). He shrugged after. "He probably wouldn't want me bringing anyone down there anyway. I mean, who knows? He could be working on the next best thing or whatever."

He stirred his chili a bit before he started eating. "He has donated a lot of them to poorer towns in countries so they don't starve. And there's one in every soup kitchen around the world for the homeless to use as much as they'd need or like. They're being sold in stores for those who can actually afford it too and it's not like SUPER expensive either. Even middle class families would be able to buy them, they're really not much more than a regular stove." As awful as he's treated Dib, Dib couldn't deny his father did his best for the rest of mankind.

He looked up at Torque when he asked if she knew what was going on. "I told her about the Lycan that's killing people. She's not likely to go out anyway."

Torque noticed the flinch and thought he had said something wrong "Lycans are very family orientated. Family comes first to us and I know thats not normally the same with all humans but the professor is just about the worse I have seen like that." He said and listened to Dib talk about the foodio machine indeed being given in a means of helping those that need it. "Oh, I mean this is the first time i've seen one but then again I only recently started to get out more." He gave a shrug "So you didn't tell her about me? I was kind of worried you would. Though I guess she doesn't talk much about paranormal things or she to would of been shouting about aliens" He said a bit of hinting that Torque was not sure if Dib would keep his secret quiet given Dib's back ground of shouting about things he found or thought he saw that was abnormal.

"Besides Zim, I'm really not used to a lot of people hating my dad. I don't... hate my dad even if he wasn't or isn't the greatest father to me. He's just kind of... self-centered and ignorant of the world beyond just science. He doesn't believe in the sorts of things I do." He blinked. "What do you even mean getting out more? This stuff is advertised on television and such too and it's not like you've gone missing even when we were growing up. Not that I remember anyway."

Dib shook his head. "Isn't my place to tell her and honestly sometimes I don't even need to. She figures stuff out on her own but she doesn't care to get involved." He sighed, feeling pretty hurt about not being trusted but it made sense. He had been too much as a child. "Her interest is videogames and I swear she'd kill people for the last copy being sold."

”Hates a strong word you have to do something completely unforgivable for me to hate you. Oh the getting out thing is more so an lycan thing. There are three cultures to lycans and I happen to fall into the one that try’s to stick to our roots at least until I first turned and was allowed to make my own choices in life. I chose to kind of go away from my family’s beliefs and try to act more human I guess…till this asshole showed up and trying to ruin things for not just me but every lycan or paranormal being out there…from what I remember about your sister I can believe that”

"I'm sure if I get into the sort of things I've been put through, people would tell me I should hate him but it's not like he's the only one responsible for it either. It's not like the school was any help either, having a Krazy Kard to use on a peer." He continued eating while listening to Torque talk about the Lycan culture. "Three? So when exactly did you turn? I thought you were pretty typical for a human growing up so I didn't even assume you were a different being. Uh, no offense."

He finished half of his chili and got up to go grab the mask Zim had made for Torque and set it down on the table. "Zim made this for you. We made other stuff as well."

He raised a brow in question"What has he done to you anyway?" He asked and nodded his head "I knew you weren't crazy but i couldn't really say anything without bringing notice to myself" He took accouple more bites of his steak as he listened to Dib chuckling lightly "None taken at all that was the plan was for me to fit in and bring no interest to myself. 19 years is when an lycan can first turn right on their birthday. It has happened that some have turned earlier then that but the body is not normally ready till 19 years old so its even more painful and can cause damage to the body. The weight lifting and working out was really to build my body to handle the change with as little strain as possible." He looked at the mask and couldn't help the face he made "I understand this is suppose to be helpful but it looks like a muzzle but either way tell him I said thanks" He said as reached out to grab the mask and look it over. "I think it'll fit"

"Besides being neglectful, putting down my interests and hobbies by calling me insane? He allowed me to be taken away and even seemed to agree I needed to be fixed. It's not like he was quick to take me out of the Krazy House for Boys. He probably would have left me there but I think he might care more about his own image. What would people say about him if one of his own family members was in a nut house?" He rolled his eyes. "During the Florpus, I know he said he was always proud of me, but honestly I don't know. He still thinks that all didn't happen, that it was some craaaazy dream. So like... what? He'd only say that sort of stuff in a dream? I guess he's been home a lot more after that, but it's not like he supports me still. I don't know. At least he doesn't call me his 'poor insane son' anymore and it's been years since I've last been to the Krazy House but that might be only because I've grown up at least enough to control myself so I DIDN'T get sent there by peers at school."


He listened to Torque talk about the age of turning and that it could be painful, why he worked out a lot was to handle the change. Dib nodded. "That makes sense. I'm glad you didn't go through it too painfully then." Dib finished his chili and looked at the mask that Torque mentioned looked like a muzzle. "I mean gas masks kind of look like human muzzles, don't they? I don't know if there's a way to make stuff not look like that unless you make it all a regular helmet instead? But Zim made it so it can stretch around your head comfortably."

As Dib spoke of what all he suffered at his father’s hand Torques eyes got wide in disbelief ”I’m sorry I didn’t know that all happened to you. That is terrible and the fact he still doesn’t believe after the florpus incident is terrible…Maybe he’s proud about the passion you have for what you enjoy doing but not the act itself?…I don’t know just throwing that out there. I’m glad you didn’t get sent back there.” he nodded his head ”it was still painful but the pain passed quickly my family thought I might of been alpha ranking because of my height and size but no I ended up being beta like most of my family yet im still very powerful and can go head to head with an alpha even without the larger size…True gas masks even for humans look like muzzles im just putting to much thought into it” He finished off his meal and sipped at the poop cola ”well then I’m sure your full of questions so go ahead and ask them. If I can answer I will you’ve pretty much proved your not going to tell the world about my kind”

"Well, maybe he does but is in denial to protect himself. I don't really know though but either way, not really excuses for the behavior. He's not trying to stop me not that he'd be able to." He drank down the rest of his own cola as Torque spoke about his ranking and he rose an eyebrow. He knew that the scientist who stated that's how wolves worked had taken it back and said it wasn't like that when it came to the animals, so Lycans were different and followed something like that? He also was familiar with how it was used in fictional stories that fans made. His face went a little red thinking about it before shaking his head.

"Could you explain what makes alpha, beta and omega and how it all works? From what we've all learned, real wolves don't work like that. I'm also curious about the three different cultures."

He shook his head ”yeah he has no excuse for how he has and is treating you. You have every right to hate him for his actions but clearly he is family so it’s expected that you still love him as family…at least that’s how I was raised to think” he listened to Dib’s questions and thought about them before answering ”Rank is mostly size. The bigger you are the stronger you are normally alphas are huge as you saw. Betas are a head or two shorter and omega’s are very small normally about basic wolf size. So it’s genetics but my grandfather was of alpha size so they thought I might of inherited it as well. Clearly not. The cultures are called as simple wolf, middle, human. The ability to shift at any time means you can be wild if you want there are some lycans cultures that live in thick deep wooded areas and barely turn human some even forgetting how to turn human. Middle are those like my family who don’t want to be wild always in wolf form but also don’t care for technology and that type of stuff unless absolutely necessary then you have those who don’t care at all about being lycan and would rather ignore what they are and just act completely human have human families and all of that…yes lycans can be with humans but that child in a mix like that is always human” he chuckled lightly at Dib’s blush ”what is going through that mind of yours?”

"Family is important in a lot of cultures but at the same time, I could understand if someone who's been completely been abused by their family would rather cut them completely off from ever interacting with them again for their own health. Like sometimes the whole 'blood is thicker than water' could be pushed aside if said 'blood' are awful enough, say like a homophobic and transphobic family that a gay person or trans person is trying to get away from. They shouldn't be obligated to keep in contact with or love their shit family."

Dib listened to Torque explain how ranks work when it came to Alpha/Beta/Omega. "So just size, nothing else? Like they don't treat omegas any lesser than alphas and betas? Like even if they're lower in the rank, they're all treated equally?" He was learning so much, finding the truer ones a little more fascinating than what fiction made their world out to be. He was so iffy about how omegas were treated like trash in fiction or just the ones that carry the children so that's all they were good for... It's why he wasn't really into the whole thing when it came to fiction. It was disgusting to him, reminded him of how women were treated in the real world. Why would anyone want a fake world to be so similar?

Dib shook his head when Torque asked what was going through his mind before he sighed and answered. "The fictional world of Alpha/Beta/Omega and how awful it is. I would just really hope the real one isn't run like that." He didn't want to also bring up how the genitalia worked too. How weird it would sound if he asked Torque if they had similar or even if omega males being able to get pregnant.
