Links eyes widen slightly and he sits up, "Ah no im okay. I can just walk the perimeter of the castle if i start to get tired."

Sothe blinks and raises an eyebrow, " and you're suddenly extremely opposed to sleeping...why?"

Link frowns and hesitantly looks away, "its not.... suddenly. I've never been one to sleep much. Maybe an hour here or there."

Sothe shrugs, " well, im not your mom, but that doesn;t seem all that healthy. anyway im going to check out the town, maybe spend some of this pocket change i've obtained~" he chuckles softly.

Link nervously laughs, "yeah... thatd be weird if you were my mom." He gets up and stretches, "well, have fun with your stolen money."

" no kidding. but what i meant is i won;t nag you." he snickers, " i shall. especially considering who i got it from." He whistles as he heads down from the area, then heads towards town.

Link sighs softly and heads down before going to his room.

Ike had sparred with most of the recruits, often multiple against him at a time, and thoroughly schooled them all. He made sure to teach while he was doing so, and was panting by the end. " alright, that's enough for one day i think. man i need to get back in shape, these easy years have let me go soft." he whines a bit, " anyway, you get back to it. good job everyone." he whistles as he puts the practice sword away, his second of the day having broken his first at one point by being too rough on it. He heads back to his room, tired but in a good mood.

Link gets to his room and unlocks the door. He opens it and goes inside, making sure to close it all the way before going over to his mirror. He winces as he sees the skin of his neck start to purple and he huffs in frustration before going over to his dresser, trying to find anything he can put on to cover it.

Ike walks down the hall still whistling and opens the door to his room, leaving it open as he pulls his sweaty shirt off, not really caring if someone sees him.

Link gets the scarf on, adjusting it until it awkwardly covers his neck. He sighs and frowns at the blue scarf that zelda gave him but never wore. Blue just didnt feel right on top of his green tunic, the climate was too warm for scarfs, and on the battlefield it would have been more of a distraction than anything else. He heads out of his room and blinks when he sees ikes door wide open. He walks over to the doorway and blinks, slowly raising an eyebrow

Ike uses a wet washcloth to wipe himself down, just taking some of the sweat off before grabbing a dry shirt, blinking when he sees Link, " oh hey, what's up?" he pulls the shirt on.

"You... you always leave your door open?"

[Namari]

Ike chuckles, " well not always, but usually. kind of a habit, an open door means im available if someone needs me. less intimidating. it's a way of letting my men know they can always come see me if there's something on their mind. now if i was stripping buck naked, i'd close it, but who cares if they see me shirtless? not exactly a big deal."
